Doula Services

Birth doula

The following are included in the package price -

* Two antenatal visits lasting approx 2 hours.
* To be with you in your labour, for as long as it lasts, until your baby is born and you are all happily settled.
* One postnatal visit to de-brief the birth and help with any initial concerns.
* I will be available for you 2 weeks prior, and 2 weeks after, your due date.
* You can also contact me at anytime on the phone / email to discuss about any issues of concern from the first visit until the last visit.

Postnatal doula

As your postnatal doula I can -

* Breastfeeding / bottle feeding support
* Give you the opportunity to rest
* Emotional support by listening to any concerns or questions you may have
* Making tea & coffee
* Changing nappies
* Light housework
* Laundry
* Preparing light meals
* Grocery shopping
* Dog walking
* Helping with bath time
* Driving (I have a full clean license)
* School run

Availability for Postnatal Support
I am available at times and days to suit you. I am also available at weekends and overnight, with prior arrangement.


Library
I have an extensive library which includes books, CDs and DVDs which are all available for loan once you have hired me. A full list of items available can be provided on request.
